Unlimited onsite and remote support from local technicians and scheduled monthly onsite visits.

Most of our competitors don’t include scheduled onsite visits. National MSPs only offer remote support, while many local partners provide “unlimited onsite support” without proactive monthly visits. If necessary, they will come onsite to fix an issue, but often this model of support leaves clients complaining that “they never come onsite anymore”. So, while it looks good on paper, the reality may result in a bigger pain point than help.

We believe scheduled onsite visits are crucial because:

  • Your onsite IT technician becomes an expert of your business, as if they have an office down the hall. They know you, your business, and your systems.
  • “Small”, unreported issues accumulate when nobody comes on site. Scheduled onsite visits allow us to address these issues promptly, preventing more critical issues.
  • During these visits, we can also help your employees better utilize available technology. We often hear, “Is there a better way to do this?” This is where we excel, making a real difference.

Full-service computer hardware division that manages the lifecycle of your hardware and centralizes your purchases.

Most competitors lack expertise in hardware procurement, often resorting to suggesting random links to computer parts to purchase or offering generic stock PCs with little to no thought behind specific usage and spec needs. At TrinWare, we demonstrate this advantage through our new-hire onboarding. Rather than scrambling to find a suitable PC, we can store PCs at our warehouse. Then your HR team submits an onboarding form to us. Our technicians retrieve the PC out of warehouse inventory, images and customize the system in our production facility, and then we can deliver or ship to your new employee. This means your new employee starts Day 1 with a fully functional device to hit the ground running. If the day comes that the employee leaves, simply submit an offboarding request, and we will reverse the setup and refurbish the PC for the next hire.

Experts in cybersecurity standards list NIST, CMMC 2.0, PCI, HIPPA & Hitrust, DFARS, ISO

  • Some of our competitors have good cybersecurity divisions, some do not. Typically, someone that has a break-fix IT provider who does not do much at all in the cybersecurity space will get dinged by an auditor or a warning or one of these compliance bodies updates their standards and starts publishing noncompliance fine warnings to their professional groups. We have the expertise and drive to handle these situations proactively. – One current important example of expertise needed is around CMMC 2.0. This is for government contractors, and it’s very serious. A lot of MSPs aren’t positioned to support these clients. And as of 12/31/2023 the DOJ published updated guidelines (2.0) for final approval that will be mandatory full compliance in 2025.
  • Every subcontractor manufacturing company that has been making widgets for 20 years for another company that puts them on a Boeing product is going to have to get up to compliance and quick. Their current IT provider probably can’t get them there. They will be subject to government approved third party auditor enforcement.
  • We are unique in that we are positioning ourselves to serve this need. Most of our competition in the CMMC compliance space is focused on Enterprise Prime contractors. Our focus is on these SMB subcontractors who will be held to the same compliance standards.

We support Linux environments on the MSP and Custom Computer Division

True Linux support is incredibly rare; most exclude Linux systems from their support agreements. Technicians capable of Linux support are scarce in the MSP space. While every MSP supports Windows and some also handle Apple devices, very few specialize solely in Apple products, and Linux remains untouched by most. We support all three. We know this will not be important to everyone, as Linux use is rare today. But if you have Linux at your company, we can ensure comprehensive support for your systems.
