Director of Technology and Implementation

Qualifications
  • Five years’ experience managing and developing an I.T. Managed Services organization
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps
  • Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and IT industry hardware and software knowledge including professional certifications such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, ConnectWise CCPA, Cisco CCNA, VMWare VCP, etc.
  • Experience with support relating to technical issues involving all telecommunications systems: VoIP, analog, and vendor-specific hardware and software
  • Experience designing hosted and cloud solutions for customers that meet their requirements
  • Experience designing and implementing Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Experience developing and managing a growing IT Managed Services business a plus
  • Experience Managing department staff including help-desk and on-site service engineers
Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through the development of the service and support department
  • Develop and oversee the service and support department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports customer needs as well as delivering innovation as a competitive advantage for future company growth
  • Consult with prospective clients to develop and implement tailored product solutions for their complex business needs
  • Improve usage of IT Support resources and increase productivity of the team
  • Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on status and budget of on-going projects and agreements
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Function as the customer’s single point-of-contact for problem identification and resolution for issues that have been escalated by the team
  • Develop project plans, goals, and budgets while identifying resources needed, developing schedules, and measuring results in ConnectWise
  • Ensure consistency of existing systems by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Understand overall field service and support objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member
  • Manage the development of the team by ensuring that daily tasks and activities are in line with their career interests
  • Conduct performance evaluations and mentor those with less experience
  • Facilitate field service and support team meetings
  • Draft, review and implement a Scope of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet company objectives and revenue goals

Managed Services Help Desk Support Technician

TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT Outsourcing Company, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.The Help Desk Support Technician at TrinWare is responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring end-user issues along with network and system-wide IT Support in varied environments.Experience in the MSP/IT Outsourcing industry is required for this position. Customer interactions will be via telephone, on-line, and physical interactions and desktop support.This role will require the use of various internal tools to assist in monitoring customer environments for uptime and resolving outages proactively and quickly.   • Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Automate through IT Support
  • 3-5 years experience providing end-user support via phone, remote management and CRM tools
  • 3-5 years of experience using RMM solutions (i.e., NinjaRMM, Solarwinds, Comodo One, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure including managed switches, gateways, and firewalls (Sonicwall, PFSense and Cisco experience is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of Subnetting and VLANs
  • Experience as an IT technician supporting server-side applications (IIS, SQL, MS Exchange, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and configuring MS Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of SNMP and LDAP services.
  • 3-5 years experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and implementing MS Office (2007, 2010, 2016, 365), Antivirus Software, backup solutions, and other desktop applications.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology Networking best practices
  • Ability to solve complex network problems and find solutions promptly
  • Solid understanding of Data Recovery and various DR solutions
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Managed Services, Sales Account Representative

Managed Services Provider, Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive at TrinWare is responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of a customer base in the MSP and IT Outsource Solutions Industry. Experience with consultative sales in the MSP/IT Outsourcing industry is required for this position. Business development takes place via C-Level meetings, presentations, networking events, telephone, on-line, and email. The ideal candidate will possess a developed network of clientele and relationships in the Managed Services Space.

Qualified candidates will showcase TrinWare’s portfolio of technology solutions which will provide the customer a successful IT and Operational Technology roadmap. Development of this successful roadmap will be key to the success for all stakeholders; customers, account executives, and TrinWare.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Security and/or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience selling Managed Services, IT Outsourcing and Consultative Service Solutions at the C-level
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and the ability to connect solutions and new ideas for a successful client experience
  • Proven success prospecting with the ability to demonstrate the value of solutions to your client through qualifying, coaching, excellent product knowledge and operational technology solutions
  • Emerging management qualities with the ability to develop internal and external sales teams
  • Possess the desire to build on this position and become part of the Company’s long term vision and prosperity
  • Experience with a CRM, preferably ConnectWise, to allow for sufficient development of a pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
