Managed Services, Sales Account Representative

Are you an Idea person? An experienced Managed Services/IT Out Sourcing Sales Account Representative? Outgoing and energetic? TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT Outsourcing Company, is looking for a Sales Account Representative to join our team. Our continued growth and diverse expansion require the addition of a true sales professional to enhance sales to facilitate our business plan.

The Sales Account Representative at TrinWare is responsible for the prospecting, acquisition, growth, and maintenance of a customer base in the Managed Services and IT Outsourced solutions industry.

Experience in the MSP/IT Outsourcing industry is required for this position. Customer interactions will be via telephone, on-line, and e-mail/marketing campaigns. Customer site visits and presentations to “C” Level decision makers will also be required.

Candidate must focus on showcasing TrinWare’s portfolio of technology solutions that lead the customer to a successful technology and operational road map.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a computer-related field, business administration and 3 plus years of IT industry experience is required
  • 3+ years of sales/lead generation experience preferably in the MSP/IT Outsourcing industry
  • Experienced, successful individual to drive new customer acquisition. This role will find, prospect and handle the entire sales cycle to bring on new business logos
  • Must proactively network, prospect, and sell to multiple contacts at the “C” level
  • Knowledge of the Managed Service Providers (MSP) channel is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process including negotiating sales opportunities to closure through a deep understanding of a prospective customer’s buying process
  • Experience with prospecting to build and maintain a sales pipeline for new customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong business understanding of competition and industry
  • Experience building and managing a pipeline through a CRM, preferably ConnectWise
  • Experience working within an office environment selling via phone, email and marketing campaigns
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience carrying and achieving a quota – meet and exceed individual annual quotas for contracts/revenue
  • Understands the value of Company offerings; comprehends business implications of decisions; prioritizes work based on profitability; acts following cost-benefit analyses; understands competition thoroughly; identifies key trends in Company markets; focuses work to achieve strategic goals
  • Treat people with respect, keep commitments, and inspire the trust of others. Work with integrity and ethics, and uphold organizational values
  • Can lift up to 25 lbs., and move, traverse throughout office setting
  • High energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm

 Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
  • Utilization of the ConnectWise Suite of products to efficiently and effectively manage, maintain and grow your business portfolio and pipeline
  • Generate Sales leads through persuasive calls, company visits, networking and industry events
  • Increase revenues by executing effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions
  • Consult with prospective clients to develop and implement tailored product solutions for their complex business needs
  • Be an impactful member of the sales team through the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals and quotas
  • Draft, review and implement a Scope of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet company objectives and revenue goals
  • Order processing of successfully closed business to assure customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Follow through from inception to completion and maintain a successful sales cycle
  • Other duties as assigned by Sales Management

Relationships

  • The Sales Account Representative will report to the Sales Management of TrinWare
  • The Sales Account Representative will be required to work closely with all departments, maximizing sales and profitability

Organizational Level: Mid

Job Type: Full-time

Salary

  • Salary plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives commensurate to experience and qualifications.

Managed Services Provider, Senior Account Executive

Are you an energetic, experienced Managed Services Professional looking for a new opportunity? TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT Outsourcing Company, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to elevate our business to the next level.

Business to Business B2B Sales to commercial customers in the MSP marketplace.

The Senior Account Executive at TrinWare is responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of a customer base in the MSP and IT Outsource Solutions Industry. Experience with consultative sales in the MSP/IT Outsourcing industry is required for this position. Business development takes place via C-Level meetings, presentations, networking events, telephone, on-line, and email. The ideal candidate will possess a developed network of clientele and relationships in the Managed Services Space.

Qualified candidates will showcase TrinWare’s portfolio of technology solutions which will provide the customer a successful IT and Operational Technology roadmap. Development of this successful roadmap will be key to the success for all stakeholders; customers, account executives, and TrinWare.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Security and/or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience selling Managed Services, IT Outsourcing and Consultative Service Solutions at the C-level
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and the ability to connect solutions and new ideas for a successful client experience
  • Proven success prospecting with the ability to demonstrate the value of solutions to your client through qualifying, coaching, excellent product knowledge and operational technology solutions
  • Emerging management qualities with the ability to develop internal and external sales teams
  • Possess the desire to build on this position and become part of the Company’s long term vision and prosperity
  • Experience with a CRM, preferably ConnectWise, to allow for sufficient development of a pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention with a high level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
  • Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of excellence
  • Candidates will have a history of building close client relationships
  • References from customers you have sold solutions and services to in the past
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • History of forward-thinking and proactive problem solving
  • Knowledge in networking, LAN, WAN, and infrastructure IT solutions and tool sets
  • Extensive computer and IT industry hardware and software knowledge

Relationships

  • The Senior Account Executive at TrinWare will report to Sales Management and work closely with the Operations Manager to assure operational efficiencies

Hours

  • The Senior Account Executive will work 40+ hours per week. Hours to be determined by the sales process and may fluctuate with operations.

 Compensation

  • Salary is commensurate with experience and proven track record.
